GensanSALE Posting and Site Policies

GENERAL POLICIES
* GensanSALE.COM take the "Be Polite" rule very seriously! GensanSALE do not tolerate any rudeness.
* GensanSALE.COM believes in freedom of expression, But If you need to air your sentiments or criticized a particular store/member/items. Please be "civil" in doing it.
* If you SPAM in any manner, your account will be disabled. Do not contact anyone to suggest your product or service who is not explicitly expecting you to contact them. If you gleaned information from anywhere other than the advertising forums and use that to contact someone and present an offer, it's SPAM.
* You may not post commission, referral or affiliate links anywhere on the forum. You may not link to sites whose main income is derived from affiliate or referral links.
* Do not post any website links/address anywhere on the site that will compete with GensanSale directly or indirectly.
* Cross-Posting is not allowed here. Cross-posting refers to posting new duplicate threads or posts, or the linking to threads or posts already started by the poster with the intention of gaining exposure.
* You may not solicit any external source to post on this forum regarding your company, services, or products; or any company, services, or products you are or may be associated with.
* You may not post on behalf of any banned member in any public manner. This includes all forums, private messages, signatures, and e-mail features.
* Foul language racism are not allowed in the forum.
* Attack against a person is not allowed (ex. bobo ka talaga pedro)
* If you feel you have been abused/harrassed/treated badly by anyone (including staff/moderators) Please email me about it.
Post Owner
* Author of the post / First Poster / Thread Starter (TS) owns the thread, TS has the right to the thread.
* Anyone who post to TS own thread and TS feels that the post is unacceptable, The TS will inform the offending member not to post such things again.
* If the offending member still persist, The TS can complain to the moderator or admin (thru email) about the said unacceptable post.
* The moderator/admin will inform the offending member not to do it again and edit his post.
(please respect the post of the TS). However the moderator/admin has the right and full control to the TS post.
* Discussions related/not related to the TS title is allowed as long as the TS allows it.
Comment Post
* If the Thread Starter post is a comment post/negative post/ positive post/ complain post/ feedback post/ praises post/ discontentment post , GensanSale allows this kinds of post in OFF TOPICS section. However, Please be civil and mature enough
to air your comments positive or negative it may be.
* A simple rule in "be civil" is "Constructive Criticism"
Closing of thread for negative/positive threads
* Any threads can be closed as requested by the Thread Starter (TS)
* But members have also a power to request closing of the TS thread.
* A minimum of 20 (twenty) members(see requirements below) will just post "requesting to close this thread".
* Members must have 50+ posts AND a member of GensanSale for more than 3months can request for closure of the a thread.
* Members who do not satisfy the said requirements will not be counted.
Freedom of Expression
* GensanSale believes in freedom of expression.
* But again, please be civil in airing your comments.
Soldout Items
* The Thread Starter can request moderator/admin to close his thread

for a side comment\ regarding posting of 'OUR" PICTURES as clipping for commentary RE; PASAWAY-007
i don't think its appropriate and necessary... do i have to post you pictures/email add/ or any personnal information if i have to post a comment..
a statement/s is not even approriate if one uses bad words....much in posting our weblinks and immages...
for you evaluation... i would suggest is should be discourage as it may cause our security and personnal data..

vrand ayaw yta palagay ng pix d2. ilang beses nko nag lagay link na url sa photo ko. not an avatar dw. paano ba ito. mrn bng 80x80pixels @ 6kb yun ang requirement ni resize kpa ng 80x80 sa photoshop pero nsa 17kb. 6kb mas malaki pa yng normal font d2. bat ba msydo complicated itng GS settings lalo na pg dating sa attachments.
