    Mga sir, may inquiry lang ako. Dati yung 256 GB external hardrive namin is gumagana naman sya pag i-play sya sa TV. After ilang years, medyo nag ma-malfunction na ang hardrive, bigla lang mag-stop sa kalagitnaan ng panonood ng movie. So pina-check ko ang hardrive, sabi is low na daw ang health. Bumili ako ng 500 GB hardrive then the same na enclosure pa rin ang pinaglagyan, pero ayaw na mag-play sa TV. Ok naman sya sa computers and laptops pero sa TV ayaw mag play. Then sinubukan ng kakilala ko na parang ibaba ang format nya (not sure kung tama ba ang term), parang from NFTS ginawa nyang FAT 32. Pero ayaw pa rin mag play sa TV ang hardrive. Bumili ako ng bagong enclosure mga sir na 3.0 USB na, pero ayaw pa rin mag-play sa TV.

    Any idea mga sir sa problem and solution? thank you mga sir.

    1.) reset mo tv sir to factory default
    2.) kung ayaw. kung smart tv, yan, format mo external to exfat, then try ka lagay isang movie na mp4 ang format then play sa tv.
    3.) kung ayaw. try ka usb flash drive lagay mo sa tv. kung mag play ang movie walang problem yung tv mo,
    4.) pag oke sa usb fd. try ka below 500gb na external, format mo sa exfat. lagay ka tag e isang movie, .mp4, .avi, .dvd .mov

    Check mo rin 'yung usb port ng tv sir, usually 2 'yan. Doon mo ilagay s usb port na may 5v, 'di gagana 'yung external drive pag walang 5v supply. Sana makatulong...

    Sir @RABANES , na try ko yung suggestion mo na gumamit ng usb flash drive, nag play sya sir. Then hindi pala smart TV yung tv namin, yung sinaunang Sony Bravia pa. hehe. Then sinubukan din pala ng kakilala ko sa ibang tv, hindi rin daw mag play. :sorry:

    Sir @Robin , isa lang yung usb port ng tv sir, yung sinaunang Sony Bravia pa. hehe.

    Ok nman pag s pc mo nilagay diba, baka hirap sya basahin 'yung 500gb. Try mo ito sir, huwag mong ilagay s folder 'yung movie. Posible din s format nung video file, try mo iba-ibang file pra makita mo anong file yung compatible s tv mo.

    Update lang mga paps, ganun pa rin. huhu. ndi mag play sa TV namin. Hiniram ko ang 1 tera na external hardisk ng kakilala ko, nag play sa TV namin mga paps. :drowning:
